This is a pre-wash hair oil treatment. We recommend using 1-2 times per week.
Section out dry, unwashed hair using clips. Brush hair thoroughly & stimulate the scalp using either your hands or a shampoo scalp massager.
Apply the syrup using your hands or the nozzle, gradually moving down from roots, to lengths, to tips.
Massage the syrup into your scalp for a few minutes & then leave to marinate for 1-4 hours.
Wash out thoroughly (always double cleanse with shampoo). Condition & style as normal.

Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email and confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within the applicable processing time.
Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable. Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow your shipment. If your address is in a remote area, your order may be delivered to the nearest ACS Courier location for pickup.
