Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email and confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within the applicable processing time.

Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable. Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days, with domestic deliveries typically arriving within 2–7 days. International delivery times may vary depending on the selected courier.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow your shipment. If your address is in a remote area, your order may be delivered to the nearest ACS Courier location for pickup.
