π On the 27th of May, Beauty Tenders and Makeup Artists from Beauty Bar proudly took part in Cyprus Pride 2023. It was an honor for us to be present at this significant event and contribute to the celebration of love, acceptance, and equality. Throughout the day, our talented team offered free rainbow makeup and shared valuable tips to enhance the diverse beauty of those attending.Β

Cyprus Pride History
The LGBTQIA+ movement has played an important role in Cyprus since the late 1980s, but Accept-LGBTI Cyprus is the only official charity that deals with LGBT rights.
The first Pride parade took place in May 2014, and since then it has been an annual event. Cyprus Pride Festival also took place between 17 May 2014 (International Day Against Homophobia) and 31 May 2014.
There have been a few other Pride events held in Cyprus across the decades, including one in Paphos and Geroskipou.
